Privacy Policy — Weight Loss Secret

Weight Loss Secret ("the app") is made by Roman Meshcheryakov ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, where it is processed and how to delete it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect and why

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Health data
Weight, body measurements and your food diary are health-related. We use them only to provide the app's features to you. The app does not read data from Apple Health.

How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Label photos are not kept at all. Technical logs are kept for a short time for troubleshooting.
Deleting your account
In the app: Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, diary, weights, foods you created and your purchase-event history, and revokes the app's Sign in with Apple authorization. An active App Store subscription is not cancelled by this — cancel it in Manage subscription first.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time in the app or by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA or Serbia) you may also have the right to object to processing, to data portability and to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
